Dr. Holmes is a Lifetime member of the Chi Phi Honors Society of Psychology. She is a Published Author of Articles entered in both the National Journals of Gerontology and Psychology and a Certified Trainer for Prepare/Enrich Family Counseling program.  Dr. Holmes is a member of  the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.  She is also a member of the John Maxwell Team and certified Life Coach and a DISC Personality Trainer.
